We use either the NinjaTrader License Server or our own Logical Forex License Server to verify your license.
To reactivate your subscription, you must make a new purchase. You will start with a "trial", but this is simply what we call the initial purchase.
You may see one of two messages… find the one that matches what you see, and follow those steps.
If you see the expiration ON the chart…
You can enter the link you see on the chart into your browser and reactivate your Logical Forex License, or you can look in your Windows "Start" Menu for "Logical Forex" and then "View More", then "Activate Expired License".
When you reactivate your license this way, there is no need to re-install anything.
If you see a Popup Box… does it say "License WILL Expire"?
This is just a courtesy warning message that the license will expire in a few days, and gives you a chance to make sure PayPal has the ability to charge your credit card or access your funding source. This popup box will usually appear around 2-3 days before your license actually expires.
If you see a Popup Box that DOES say "License Expired"…
If you see this message, then you will need to restart by going to http://www.logicalforex.com/indicators/ and "starting a trial". This is not really a "trial" for you since you know all about Logical Forex. It’s just a name we use, so don’t be concerned with it being called a "trial".
In this case, when you see THIS popup box that your license has expired, YOU MUST RE-INSTALL using the instructions you receive in your email after you have made your purchase.
