It’s best if you control your own subscription via PayPal.
If you have an issue where you can’t do that, let us know at our support desk at by opening a ticket in the category "Paypal", and we’ll help you. Be sure to include your Subscription ID (it’s in your original Paypal confirmation email or in your Paypal account), your name, and the email address you used when you purchased.
