I can’t connect to the datafeed. What do I do?

There is nothing we can do to help you with connectivity issues with any datafeed.

Your broker will be your best resource for any and all datafeed issues.

Another resources is to check the NinjaTrader support forum in the "Connecting" category, and see if other people are also having a similar problem. If you see no reports of issues similar to yours, then the problem will exclusively be with YOUR computer and/or YOUR internet connection.

You can most often just "wait a while" and the issue may be resolved without you taking any action. The internet connections world is a complex critter, and sometimes things outside your control break… and all you can do is wait for other routers and networks to correct their own issues. And, you may want to ask your own Internet Service Provider for assistance. But, there is nothing we can ever do to help you with this kind of issue.
