There is only one reason why you have a blank chart when you are using the Logical Forex Indicators.
You must setup the datafeed AND you must connect to the datafeed before the Logical Forex Indicators will appear on your chart.
Follow the instructions as shown in your Windows "Start Menu" to learn how to setup and connect to the datafeed.
In some cases you may need to "Reload Historical Data…" and to do this, just Right-Click on your chart and select this from the popup menu.
